All U.S. Citizens who have been accepted for enrollment or are enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half-time basis ; have at least a cumulative (overall) 2.5 grade point average; and remain in good academic standing and have a planned graduation date of May 1, 2026 or later.
This position is established for the purpose of providing developmental work experience to students under the Pathways Program. Emphasis for this position is on gaining knowledge and hands on experience. Serves as a student trainee for the FDIC’s headquarter buildings.

To be found eligible for this program, applicants must: (1) be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a degree seeking program at a qualifying educational institution on a full or half-time basis; (2) have a minimum cumulative (overall) GPA of 2.50 out of 4.0; and (3) be in good academic standing.
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
