Current students in accredited educational institutions who are U.S. Citizens or Nationals.
ONCD intern responsibilities include:
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at an institution that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications. For a list of schools that meet this criteria see http://www.ed.gov.
Courses relating to cybersecurity, national security, critical infrastructure, software programming, and/or emerging technologies (i.e., artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrency) are also helpful.
Student volunteers are uncompensated, however, if your school offers academic credit or work study, we will work with you to meet school requirements whenever possible.
Interns cannot participate in another internship while interning with ONCD.
Academic year internship positions are either part time (16 hours/week minimum) or full time (32 hours/week minimum).
ONCD does not offer remote internships.
You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
